Information provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR)

This privacy policy is related to the processing of data collected for registration to the Newsletter on the site https://decretoflussiitalia.it/

1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is FED SOLUTION SRL with registered office in Cesena (FC) Viale giovanni Bovio n. 48 CAP 47521, PI/CF: 04759000401. The owner can be contacted at the PEC address fed_solution@legalmail.it or email info@decretoflussiitalia.it .

2. Purpose and Types of data
Only name and email address are requested with the aim of sending periodic newsletters containing regulatory updates or news relating to the services offered by the decretoflussiitalia.it Portal. This processing is based on the explicit consent provided by the user, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Providing the email address is mandatory if you wish to receive the newsletter.

3. Consent and data management methods
Users can register for the newsletter via the online form available on the portal, present in various sections of the site. By sending their data, users express their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes described. The management of email distribution lists is entrusted to the ActiveCampaign platform, which allows monitoring of user interaction with the emails sent, including the opening of emails, clicks on links, and other relevant metrics. This data is processed almost exclusively on digital media and is used to improve the quality and relevance of communications sent to users.

4. Withdrawal of consent
Users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of data at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal. Detailed instructions on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter and withdraw consent will be provided in each email communication sent, ensuring users easy access to the opt-out options.

4. Purpose and legal basis
The legal basis of the processing lies in the consent given by selecting the appropriate box in the registration form (Point & Click).

5. Retention period
Personal data will be retained until the voluntary revocation of consent to receive the Newsletter via the appropriate “Unsubscribe” button present in all emails received.

6. Recipients of the data
The data may be communicated to third-party companies or other subjects such as, for example, any collaborators or freelancers who could help the Data Controller in managing requests and in organizing the back office, some in their capacity as external data controllers and bound by our precise instructions and policies, as well as by confidentiality and secrecy obligations.
Upon request, we can provide you with the list of our collaborators, data controllers, where present, by writing to info@decretoflussiitalia.it. Data processing is always carried out in a predominantly automated manner, even in backups.

7. Transfer to third countries and guarantees
Personal data may be transferred or stored outside the EU. In this case, we ensure that all the guarantees required by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR exist. The lack of adequate guarantees is not linked to the supplier in itself, which we ensure adopts all the necessary security measures to keep the data safe, but is linked to the laws of third countries that are not always aligned with the protection guarantees offered by the GDPR. However, this is a constantly evolving situation and, in any case, our suppliers continue to comply with the conditions of the Privacy Shield Framework. In particular, we use the ActiveCampaign platform for the collection of lists and consents, which uses standard contractual clauses to guarantee the security of your data. ActiveCampaign acts as data controller pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. You can read ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy at this link: https://www.activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy .

8. Nature of the provision of data
The provision of the e-mail address is mandatory if you wish to receive the Newsletter and failure to consent to the processing of the name and e-mail will prevent access to the service.

9. Rights of the interested party
According to the European Regulation, the interested party has the right to request:
 access to personal data (therefore to know what personal data we possess);
the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data (in the event that some data has undergone changes, such as a new e-mail address);
 the deletion of personal data (if one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, par. 1 of the GDPR occurs and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article);
 the limitation of the processing of personal data (for example, you could request to no longer be subscribed to the Newsletter, even if you are a customer), if one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, par. 1 of the GDPR occurs;
 opposition to the processing (for example, if you notice that the data is being processed in a manner that does not comply with this information);
 request and obtain personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (right to portability);
 withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example, date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (for example, data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status or sexual life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to its revocation, however, remains lawful.
